When we accept returns
Product damaged in transit
If your jewellery arrives damaged due to shipping, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Incorrect item received
If you received the wrong product, we will send the correct piece immediately.
Product unused & unworn
Items must be in original, unaltered condition with all original packaging intact.
Request within 7 days
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to raise a request

Write to our team with your order number and a brief description of the issue you are facing.

Attach clear photos
Send photographs clearly showing the damage or issue with the product received.

We review & respond
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

Resolution
Once approved, we arrange pickup and process your replacement or refund promptly.
